Will cl-s airbox work in 99TL

I want to pick one up off of someone and I want to know if it will fit in my 99 tl. It's a 2003 type S cl oem airbox.

I believe that the intake system is different from the regular TL's and the Type S's. The only reason I say that is because the Intake resonator's are different sizes from the TL to TL-S, and therefore I would think that the intake is also different.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong...

The CL-S intake won't work because it is a 3" intake. While the 99-03 TL-P are using 2.75".

Woohoo!!! I was right!

ya I figured there was a size difference, but surprisingly a very minimal size difference...how can something that small make such a big difference?
