I am about to buy AEM cai form a guy but his car is type-S. As I know, the CL-S/TL-S have a larger dia TB than the CL-P/TL-P. So can I mod to get it fit into my TL-P?

The piping will be also shorter for the Type-S since the VSA TB so you will have to buy an extender of some sort to reach your TL-p TB.

Do you know what is the TB dia of type-S and TL-P? is there any thing to connect the different dia piping?

I don't recall the exact diameter but maybe there is a 5mm offset? like 60vs65mm? I cant really say for sure to be honest.. Lets somebody more knowledgeable chime in.


YES there are rubber fittings that make large diameter CAI fit into lower diameter TB they are sold in Autozone and various online vendors.
