i would think so.i know the headlights and stuff are different but i would think the fender liner would be the same

take the wheel off ant take a pic of the fender lining and ill see if its the same as what im selling. you got a CL, right?

i'm not sure but i thought i heard that the 2nd gen CL type S used a wider wheel than the TL type S. So I don't know if the wheel well lining is the same size or not. One of the experts will need to chime in

They have different part #s but that doesnt mean they wont fit. As to if they will???? I dont know.
