anyone ever heard of anything about them? i was browsing ebay when i stumbled upon a couple of their camber kits. it's like 69 bucks, supposed to retail for 249.99, but i think that's bs. it does look pretty damn beefy tho.
i did some quick google searches, apparently they made suspensions for a couple of race teams and they got podium finishes.
a few other forums have also been asking, but no one seems to have any info whether they are good or not.
just figured i'd ask since 69 bucks for a decent camber kit is one i'd like to share with AZine cause it means more slammed TLs

I would like to know about them as well. If people say they are decent I may as well get a rear kit, mine is a few degree's out of spec.

when you are dropped, you will have camber. having a camber kit will straighten out the wheel and not having uneven tread wear on your tires.Originally Posted by sfont012

...even the slightest of drops will throw your camber and kill your tires...i have h&r sports 50103's (1.5/1.75) with tokico hp's and my front tires die every 10-12k miles if i rotate them. i gotta do something about it. info on these camber is GREATLY appreciated. i'd rather not spend too much on SPC stuff, a ball joint is a ball joint after all.

i noticed these a while back, some peeps on .net has em, i might get em if my rears r out of wack, for 50 bucks cant go wrong...plus not much engineering needed for camber kits, just a bj with more movement needed..

camber doesnt really kill your tires, if your wear is REALLY exaggerated its because your toe is out. get an alignment and you will be fine!

ingalls are 150 on ebay, and excelerate sells em, so im sure they're reliable. just these things look so damn cool.
and isnt toe the horizontal counterpart of camber? i dont see how a tire pointed inward or out can cause more uneven wear than a tire that's riding on only 50% of its surface

Negative camber wears tires. Toe is worse, but camber is also bad.Originally Posted by L3wD

this is true.... camber is "bad", but 99.9999999999% of cases where there is exaggerated wear its toe, when you lower your car it also affects the toe, camber may shave some life outta your tires but its not gonna cut the life in half like toe wouldOriginally Posted by 02type-s

z3Ro, did you get your car aligned since you dropped it?
when the tire is pointed inward or outward, when going straight your tire is wearing faster because its sorta scrubbing off your tread, with camber your wheels are still pointed straight ahead so its not really resisting the forward motion but with toe being out your tires are pointing opposite directions and fighting each other
People always blame camber because thats the noticeable difference after lowering a car, so when their tires die they blame it on the camber, then they get the camber kit installed get an alignment... and solved the problem, however they dont realize that the toe was also corrected during the alignment

There is a thread about these on the CL side, I believe Wicked Tuning was in the thread title.

theres no point...i raise n lower my car quite frequently...but theres not place to do an alignment on a car this low without having to drive out to a specialized shop in the city...n for that ill need to raise it...sooo no point...z3Ro, did you get your car aligned since you dropped it?

.25 of toe will wear out your tires 10 times faster than -2 deg camber. Every time you change your ride height your are changing your camber AND toe. Toe is usually the cause for peoples uneven wear when lowered without an alignment.
i havent seen an aftermarket toe thing. so im assuming the ones that come stock are adjustable enough to fix my dropped problems?
and back to the wicked tuning camber kit. has anyone heard of anything NEGATIVE? i mean damn, i wouldnt want my car to fall apart, but a company's gotta start somewhere and someone's gotta help them jump that first hurdle. i might get it in a month or so and give it a run
