Wayne and Jens often frequent the board dispensing much needed technical advice. I've heard they're a good dealership in general also...they do that yearly meet too...

I see. It is a bit of a hike from where I live. Is it better to visit those guys as suppose to my dealer? Do they do aftermarket installs too?

Thumbs up

Yes, they do do aftermarket installs as well...they have put in anything ranging from fog lights to suspension mods...

Alot of our members go there for service. Quite often we go there to get warranty work that no one else will do b/c we have mods on our cars and other dealerships will use the excuse that our mods caused the problem or whatnot...I got alot of warranty work done at Park Ave myself. I've got my navi sreen, radio replaced, many squeaks & creaks fixed. Oil change, tire rotations and so other stuff. At the end they always offer to wash & vaccum your car. They also give u nice little gifts as well, I've recieved Park Ave t-shirts, hats, Acura tire pressure gauge, and alot of other neat stuff. I also speak to either Wayne, Peter or Tom when I'm there...they're really great guys and know how to give customers some good service.

Because they are the only dealership that has the best service around the northeast region! Wayne, Jens, and Peter are the best!

Heck, I drove down from EASTERN CONNECTICUT (150 miles each way) to have my Comptech stuff put on there.

They treat you like you bought the car from them.

FIRST CLASS, all the way.

Wayne, Jens, Tom & Peter. THE BEST!

Nothing but PAA for me.
For example, my CD was working properly because some CDs would skip. So instead of checking and replacing the CD player, they just gave me a brand new HU with the surrounding wood trim. They didn't even ask me the usual 1001 questions that every other dealer does. Plus all those neat little gifts afterwards are nice too. I just can't say enough nice things about them.
Trust us, just go once to experience it for yourself. Then you'll understand how we all feel here.

they are about 2 hours from me. i had sways installed there, and just got headers and a cai installed there.

I had a dent above my fuel door that i wanted to get fixed too. sent pictures to wayne, called to make an appointment for the headers and cai and for an estimate for the dent, and they said no estimate, they'll take care of it.

2 hour drive, well worth it.

Wow. Those guys are pretty damn good if they will install aftermarket stuff and still do warranty work even with all the non-factory equipment installed.

I think I'm definitely going to have to give these guys a call once I start adding some mods to my car!!

I was travelling in NYC when my tranny started to go. I took it to Park because I had already read about them on this board. I won't go into all the details, but they were great.

I've had a few questions about other problems my car has had and Wayne is always quick to answer via e-mail and has even taken the time to call me.

They're great and worth the drive.

Steve, dont forget to mention that your boyfriend works there too!

Anyways, I thought I post in this thread since a lot of you are from the NJ area. I was driving in Palisades Park, when I made a left turn into this street.. all of a sudden I hear the sound of tires peeling, and this guy in a TL Type-S is riding my ass.. what the hell? I'm extremely upset because this moron almost hit my car, peeled out in an business district where there are lots of pedestrians and kids were walking home from school (around 4pm).

I ignore this guy, pull over to drop my friend off at his house, and this guy pulls up next to me and says "hey, nice car" in a really perverted-looking way (not that he was gay or anything, but just the way he said it). I wail at him asking him how he could drive in such a careless manner, etc etc.. then he has the nerve to ask me if I wanna race. Keep in mind that it's 4pm, and the highways are packed.. I have no idea what he had in mind.. so I told him "no", and my friend screams out "it's not even worth the time".. then the guy says "i got 360 HP baby" and then peels away..

Honestly, this guy must be the biggest loser I have ever seen. His car is probably his life.. without his car, he must feel like a nobody. The funny thing though is that he did the same exact thing to my friend who was in the car when he was driving his M3.. a few months ago, he was tailing my friend, so my friend pulls over, and the same guy pulls up and says "hey, nice car" (same exact line), so my friend says "yeah, nicer than yours!" and drives away..

Anyhow, does anyone know who this guy is? It's because of morons like this that we have the highest insurance rates in the nation.

Thanks for listening.
-Brian.

This post had me laughing, funny ****!! But sadly it's probably (IS) the truth! What a moron!! That some sad $hit.

Back to the topic; as long as Park Ave don't mind I'm using them as my service department as soon as the time comes. Only got 3700 miles so far. What are their Saturday schedule, I've heard there open......Hmmm, guess I'll go check out their website right now.
