Question why CL-S?

Can anybody tell me why the dealers are "practically giving away" CL-S? What's the big difference between the two anways (besides two doors and an optional body kit).

I don't understand why my dealer told me I must pay close to MSRP for the TL-S, yet can get the CL-S for $500 over invoice. Propesterous!

The CL-S has been out much longer, and the demand for it is not as big as for a TL/TL-S. i think thats always the case as far as coupe vs. sedan.

Plus, the 2002 CLs are coming out soon and the dealers are trying to clear out the 2001s. As for the TL-S, my dealer told me no less than MSRP and I ended up getting it for 2K below, so don't give up yet
