whos got the worst gas mileage

Approximately the same with me. 13 gallons for about 170-190 miles. New spark plugs, K&N air filter, 32 psi, 93/91 octane, no check engine light warnings, Mobil 1 Synthetic, no lead foot (don't even hit 4000 RPM). The only thing I can attribute it to is that my typical trips are under 5 miles to and from errands in Brooklyn (approximately 140 of those miles). The balance of that is on the highway (BQE, with traffic depending on time of day), which is about 30 miles or so. So I'm not even sure that can be considered highway miles. But even so, the mileage is killing me.

I have been trying to figure that out for a while now. No solution.
Is there anyone on this board who drives the short distances like I do with a similar setup BUT gets good mileage? I know there are tons of factors, but I'm trying to eliminate (if possible) my short driving distances as a factor.

The problem is that some people's city driving is different than others. My city driving is going to school and back, which is about 3 or 4 stop signs, or going to get something to eat which is about 2 miles away from where i live. Some peoples city driving is going 20 miles to work and back, which is a lot better in gas mileage than stop and go for 1 mile.
Hence, I get about 400 miles all highway on full tank and about 180 full tank on my "city" driving.
