Your welcome man!
I think the MDX is a guilty pleasure of mine, I love to drive it more than my TL-S... It doesn´t have the 0 to 60 or the driving dynamics that my TL-S have but I dunno, something about the MDX is very appealing to me and I always pick up the keys first rather than to take out the TL-S perhaps is because the MDX is easier to park than my TL-S?. The City MPGs kills me though, 11-13mpgs in a good day driving it like I want to, My TL-S got 24mpgs on the same driving style while being faster and more nimble to drive.

The ZDX is for sure a real winner for me, Its basically an MDX without the practicality and seating but you give that out for better handling and better 0 to 60 with a very slight bump in MPGs, Also the unique dashboard which combines stuff from the 4G TL is very attractive... I would buy one in a heartbeat but I think it will make my MDX pointless, That is why I rather take a 4G TL before a ZDX.

lol...12 MPG is about what I'm getting in the wagon.
I was eyeballing cheap manual cars for under 5K today...stumbled on a A3 2.0T that I talked the lady down to $2250 on...lol...
I'm a maniac...but getting 30mpg with some fun factor in a car I don't care much about sounds like fun.

I had a loaner RDX that I enjoyed...
I miss having a 6MT daily though...the TL drove so nicely, never should have gotten rid of my 04

I like those Audis they look so up-scaled for the money...But be aware of the stupid carbon build up on some TFSI engines, I also believe Audi 4cyls eat up Engine Mounts too fast..

Damn...
thanks man...
at that price, I was willing to just buy it and risk whatever comes...get into something getting great gas mileage that's decently fun to drive.
But in reality...do I "Need" an S2000 plus wagon plus this?

I won't even say anything about the 4G TL which to me is one of the most Under-rated Acuras of all time, Styling wise is the most bonkers Acura ever went.... 3G TL was never appealing to me specially because it tried too hard to look edgy and sporty... Also if SH-AWD can do wonders for my MDX it's must be pretty darn sweet on a TL.
Totally agree. My dad has a 4th Gen 2012 TL and it's probably the best Acura we've ever owned. The ZDX is also another highly under rated Acura, I always looked at it as a bigger TL and it looks awesome in black. The new Acuras are meh even the NSX (not a fan that it's a hybrid). The TLX A-spec looks awesome but ehh that ZF tranny is aweful and power output is hardly any better than Acuras from 10 years ago.

Yep they dropped the ball hard on power output for the A Spec they should have gone for at least 310hp so it made sense as a Type-S throwback...

Its crazy how low on HP ACURA is dragging behind.. Nissan 3.5L Engine is now pushing 325HP!!! How in gods name ACURA hasn't been able to break the 300HP mark on their 3.5L?? Do we need a new 3.7L Engine? Even then it would be embarrassing seeing Nissan 3.7L is pushing 360HP.... But hey we now have a 1.5L Turbo on the Civic! Yay I guess?

I know right? If they can get the RLX To output 310hp why not the TLX? It's more appealing marketing wise to have an engine have over 300hp instead of 290hp especially when the new Camry's are even doing it... I'm starting to see why Honda is discontinuing the J-Series.

Hmmm, first I've heard of Honda discontinuing the J-Series motor. It may no longer be slated for the Accord, but I suspect it will be around for many more years in other Honda products.

I hope they improve upon it with forced induction for future type s models. The Honda J series is the smoothest, best sounding, efficient and well packaged V6 out of any Japanese V6's out there. It's just low on power due to how limited vtec works on the exhaust side.

It's the stagnation of Honda R&D for its V6 lineup that has been crippling it.. Honda needs to jump off its "Green" "MPG Friendly" high horse ideas and start developing a new J Series that does not give a single S**** about fuel economy or If Honda cares for its Acura lineup they need to develop a new Turbo V6 with +320HP but lately is all about MPGs and 4cyl Turbo Engines.

Nissan has been doing it and seems to be working all right.

Nissan V6 were always strong but they were thirsty. Honda/Acura made very quick V6's as well and were always smooth and efficient but not as strong in the top end as the Nissan VQ V6's. Having dual intakes gives them the advantage.
