Where is the "Rambling" Section

Does anyone has access to the Off Topic "Ramling" forum? I like to read thoese topics during my spare time but it looks like it was removed it I don't have access to it.
Please advice.

I successfully logged in and I still could not see it. I used to be able to get to it until the last few days.
