Where or how to black out headlights n tailights
I have seen some blacked out head and taillights and would like to get my car lookin like that. I have an 03 TLS and live in the Dallas Tx area can anybody point me in the right direction , where can I buy or is there a shop that will do it for me. Are those tinted precut outs on ebay alright or junk? I would rather have them taken apart and done right though. Thanks, Ray

I used Rockblocker for my foglights. I tried to install them on my tailights, but was not able to get them to look how I wanted them to (seamless). The size for the 2G TL is not exact and so it will require some cutting and modification of the material. After several hours of installation, I finally removed them and just went with the stock look. Many have debated this product - for some it has worked well. For others, like myself, it hasn't and therefore I can't justify the price for a product that is not as easy to install as it may sound. That's just my opinion from my experience with Rockblocker tailight tints. On the other hand, I have no problems with the Rockblocker film for the foglights and have in other threads, recommended the foglight protection product.

I could help you out if you wanted to black out your headlights in Dallas, i did mine. It's fairly easy. I would suggest buying a backup set of housing though.
