What shop(s) would you guys recommend to get small stuff done, like adding a spoiler, underbody kit, maybe lowering using the comptech springs, etc. Also, what are some good window tinting shops?

Dude your in luck! I have a good friend who works at a shop that does Tinting, sounds, etc... Let me know what and when you want to get some stuff done and i'll give him a call...He normally charges me pretty cheap.

And for a bodyshop that does spoilers, painting, body kits...Your also in luck. I just left the body shop this morning. I was dropping off my spoiler to get painted. The name of the shop is Body Works in Skokie. Ask for Larry and tell him I sent you...Let him know its the guy with the Black Tl type S. The Phone # there is 847-675-2639. They usually do good work there, my brother takes his IS 300 there for all his work and his ride looks dope. Also, you'll notice tons of other nice rides getting work done there as well.

 

If you want any performance installed, like springs, headers and such...


Garage Kwai does great work!!! I been to most of the places around here, and Garage kwai is the only place i trust. number is 847.259.6960. They are located in Arlington heights on Central, and Arthur

They did great work.. no complaints.

 

Ziebart in Naperville does a good job of tinting. I've had their tint on my car for almost 2 years and still no complaints.

 

Hey Crzy Acura, how much was the titing?

 

Not sure how much TITING is. Might depend on the size of the juggs.

But for TINT, I think it was $220 or so, but im not sure.. I had it done the 2nd day i had the car which was almost a year ago.
