Yep, the www.autopia-carcare.com and www.properautocare.com partnership is a great place to get product reviews as well as products. I have another large order from them arriving on Monday.

The best products I've found on the net are at www.zainobros.com...I have 3 coats of the polish on my Aegean Blue Pearl TL-S, it looks amazing. No joke!

For starter's I would recommend the z-1,z-2,z-6...later on get the z-5 for fine scratch removal.

I'm on coat 10 -- highly recommended for keeping the paint looking great. Also, helps protects it.

The Zaino also works great on the glass!

BTW -- the Z5 can be mixed in any time for spot removal of scratches in the chrome, paint, whatever...

I have heard a some bad things about Zaino and the polymers that don't let the paint expand during the extreme heat and you wind up with the paint cracking. The Zain0 looks great, but just doesn't protect the paint like a good carnuba wax. It probably is a great product for show cars and things that are not in the extreme heat. A lot of the great things you hear are from actually Zaino sales people who use hype to get you to buy their products. That is just my opinion. Try the Wax Depot 800-336-4379. www.waxdepot.com. They are very informative and can answer all your questions. They are very honest and will set you straight on a lot of misunderstanding concerning some products..

Polymers would not affect the paint as you described it. They are long-chain molecules and quite flexible - in fact, they constitute the viscosity improvers in your oil!

If you think the Zaino stuff is bunk -- you should see first hand what some 1/4" rocks DIDN'T do to my windshield. (Granted they were sandstone, but the stuff worked really well for me).

BTW -- I was a dedicated and confirmed Carnuba Wax user until I used the stuff.

BTW2 -- for any non-Zaino folks, there is product called TS Clear Coat gets used on my wife's car. (Who said I only use Zaino). It sits in the sun all day 1/2 of the week. It's paint looks better than new (due to a brilliant detailer and the TS Clear Coat). All the stuff is good for various purposes, and depending of the use and storage of the car, there is no "right" product (in my opinion)

I'll have to agree with ERICL.I was a wax user before I tried Zaino....Don't know how the stuff works. All I can say is that it looks better than any wax I've ever used period.

Try it and you will be hooked!
