Where do I get Foglights? Help!

Being a Newbie, I've decided that a new set of foglights is a must however, I don't have the cash for a set of HIDs.

Some questions:

1- Can people tell me what they think would be a good choice of bulbs for under $100.

2- Where can I get the them?

3- Are the PIAA super plasmas definitely more white and closer to matching the stock lowbeams than the philips blue vision or the sylvania silverstars.

4- [forgive the ignorance, I have never gotten my hands into the guts of any vehicle] How do I change the bulbs after I get them.

5- Anyone in the Northeast Ohio area with a set of bulbs I could meet with to see their fogs.

6- I don't what to remove the current foglight casing--Can I just replace the bulbs only?

Thanks in advance for the comments.

Just Bought:
-2002 NBP w/Ebony TL-S w/ Navi, OEM Body kit and Spoiler.
-700 miles in 1 weeks!
-Waiting on Austin519's sills and trim to come through (sounds very promising)
-Debating about replacing the stock door speakers with Infinity Kappa 62.3s and 63.3s.
-Possibly Comptech springs and sways in the future.

Ok let's see:

1 - If you are willing to spend around 100 bucks, Piaa Plasma is the best bulbs to buy.

2 - You can buy them in many online stores: autocarparts.com, ebay, or autodynamic.com or optauto.com.

3 - Piaa Plasma is really close to your HID, however I think they only have a purplish tint, but it matches very well with our HIDs. The philips blue vision is brighter than your stock bulbs, but it is still yellow in color. The sylvania silverstars is also a good bulb to choose from, but it doesn't look closer to the HIDs than the Plasmas.

4 - It is really easy to change the bulbs. I will advice reading the manual. It requires to remove 1 10mm bolt from each side at the bottom of the car.

5 - Sorry can't help you on this one, I am in NJ.

6 - You just need to change the bulbs, not the housing. The bulb type is 9006.

Nice ride by the way. Great color choice!

Thanks TypeSDragon

I appreciate your input, Thanks.

I will try the Plasmas.

Is there anyone else who has a different opinion or thought regarding this.

ALSO, I just thought about replacing my interior light bulbs to something more white as well:

-What bulbs do you recommend and what are their numbers (eg, like 9006 for the foglights)?
