Question Where is a constant source of power?

Where can I wire 4 LED's to that is a constant source of power? I am installing a switch as a break in the positive wire so that I can turn them on and off whenever I want... Which wire should I use to do that? Any ideas? Please and thank you.

on the back side of the fuse panel. Like in the other threads with the one circled in red, one of the ones around it are powered all the time. Test to see which one is. 2 are and 2 are switched
