Where can i get the little acura cap on the steering wheel??

I notice some ppl here have a acura emblem on the steering wheel. I wanna put one on mine too..the original acura sign on the center of steering wheel look bad.

I tried to find them on ebay, but i can only find the size for either front & back or wheel caps. Help me out guys!!!

Thanks in advance. :P

The acura emblem is only on the '03's I believe...maybe the '02's as well. You'll just have to "custom" an acura emblem and stick it on your wheel, or pick up an '03 air bag cover.

If you want the one that you see in 02-03's, then that might be a trip to the parts dept at your local dealer. However, I've heard of other members who use the emblem on the engine cover – supposedly it fits the wheel too. That emblem looks different and may be easier to get a hold of if you don't mind taking it off of your engine (I'm sure you could buy one from the dealer too). The only issue with sticking an emblem on your steering wheel is securing it so it doesn't come off if the airbag deploys.

It does not come as a separate unit. It is part of the airbag cover. So, unless you are willing to shell out $600 for a new airbag, you are SOL.

You mean the little Emblem is a kind of sensor?
If you take it off, then the airbag is going to deploy..?

The emblem on air bag on newer 02+ Acura/Honda is part of the air bag. You won't be able to take it off. However the emblem does not serve as a sensor.

Please don't listen to people telling you the acura symbol on the engine can be put on the air bag. The air bag deploys at a very high speed. The plastic symbol will shatter and can cause you bodily harm. It does not matter how well you secure it, it will shatter. Only solution is to find a soft "A" sticker, like in my car.

If you want the newer symbol on 02+ Honda/Acura, like on my Accord. Go buy a new air bag.

Just don't put stupid plastic crap on your air bag.

My bad orc. I was in a hurry and didn't read the rest of your comments. I wasn't directing anything at you either. I just wanted to make sure no1 is stupid enought to put that engine piece on their air bag.

Yep, that's right. It sucks. I wish I had the newer emblem on my steering wheel, but I don't. It's something that I can easily deal with, though.
