im thinking about clearing my headlights soon and i heard that you need a clear reflector piece to replace the orange reflector, where can i get one? can i just wrap foil around the orange reflector? i did a search but cant find anything.

There was supposed to be a supplier making clear reflector replacements. But the reflectors are no where close to completion.

Most 99-01 folks simply remove the orange reflector, leaving a cavity there. You can wrap it in silver foils then put it back in. No one has tried it so it might look quite unique. But IMO if you do that, you can have the same effect if you just put the foil over the headlight lens without opening it

They have clear diffusers that are identical to the existing orange ones.

That's only for 02+. His sig shows his TL is 01 which is the older front end than 02+

I too want the clear diffusers for 99-01

Guess I'll wait for them to come out with the clear diffusers and pay 72 bucks.......it looks horrible with a gap.
