If not the websites
then you can still go to the local body shop. They can whip up some matching paint for you. Check around for a good quality place.

Tuching up my new TL
HEy,
I just purchased a 2001 TL. It was beautiful until the paint got scratched on the side after a long road trip. I tried the touchup paint that came with it, but it didnt do much. I also tried the dealer, but they said they didnt stock my color. So I finally tried this website www.paintscratch.com . I found my color easily and quickly, and ordered. I got my paint in the mail about a week later, and applied it to my car. It looks like new now!

Re: Tuching up my new TL
did you also apply the clear coat? what kind of a scratch was it? a chip or a long scratch?

it seems like on their website you have to get the clearcoat too..

Yeah, as per the instructions on www.paintscratch.com, I waited 24 hours before applying clearcoat. The clearcoat is supposed to make the touch up paint shine like the rest of the paint on the car. There was a lot of helpful info on the site that told how to go about the touchup paint process. After the road trip, I had a couple chips and one scratch about an inch or two long. It took more time to fix the scratch, but after I applied the clearcoat, it looked as good as new. On the site, you do have to order clearcoat, but from what it said, touching up without clearcoat is a bad idea.
