Where to buy K&N Filter?

I'm searching for OEM replacement / drop in the box type.

Well, You could check out Canadian tire.. Or whats that called... uh, Auto Zone... or.. the place i bought my K&N was Pit Stop on Yonge and Steeles...

another option is to check out comptech drop-in foam filters....

I just oiled my foam filter for the first time since installation and i was wondering if it is possible to use to much oil????? If it is possible to over-oil-it then i think i might have. I have the icebox

I wouldn't worry about over oiling too much.. It is too little ammount of liquid to actually harm the engine. A couple high revs and you will pull enough air through that filter it will take care of any xtra oil.

K.. Wait... Oil? What oil? I didnt know i had to oil my filter! (Joking )

I just bought K&N and Dropd it in. (I saw pre-oiled tag on the filter so..)

Do I have to oil it every time I wash the filter?

yes, you will have to oil the filter after each wash. the oil is what traps the minute dust particles. i wouldn't suggest over oiling the filter. the filter doesn't need to be wash frequently just take it out occasionally and drop it on the floor to release trapped dust. ...

Where do you get the oil? I never got additional oil container or anything..... Which oil do i have to use? Thank you for your reply.

check out http://www.knfilters.com. local autopart store should carry the item. do not substitute oil from a different manufacturer...

Performing some research, the cheapest site I was able to find K&N performance filter (replacement filter / drop in) is at www.fox-performance.com for $37.28 including shipping.
