You can sometimes find them on eBay. Be careful not to buy a CL radio. Some eBay sellers claim that a CL radio will work in a TL but it won't.
The Acurazine Black Market "Private Sales" forum is worth checking:

And Car-Part.com is a great seach engine for hundreds of salvage yards across the US.
http://car-part.com/
I've used that several times with great results.
Finally, another option to consider is the purchase of an MP3/iPod adapter such as a Blitzsafe unit. You might find that once you have an MP3 player hooked up that you don't have a need to play burned CDs.
That's what happened in my case. I installed an 02-03 TL radio in my 1999 TL and it plays burned CDs without a problem. That worked out great. But I installed a Blitzsafe adapted at the same time and I find that I use my iPod nearly all the time. I can't even remember the last time I played a burned CD.
In retrospect, I could have kept my original radio and hooked up a Blitzsafe unit to it and I would have been set.
Good luck on whatever you decide to do.

I email them my order number right after I placed my order. They replied within 15 minutes and inform me that my package has been packed and ready to ship. I got the tracking number within 2 hours.

Changing the type of blank CD-R and the burning strategy might help but this doesn't work for everyone.
The original radio in my 1999 TL would struggle with burned CDs but the 2002-2003 TL radio I installed has no problems with them.
