Where are the Anthracite TL-Type S's
--I have Satin Silver and see quite a few (Exudes Class!)
--I also see plenty of ABPs (God they're beautiful!)
--I see as many Black TLs as I do Silvers (They're always dirty!)
--I've even seen a few Green TL Type-S models.
--And a few WDPs too. (TL does look good in white.)
But, I've never seen a Gray Anthracite TL-S (On the road, that is!!!!) Now this was my 2nd choice when it came to color, but something about it made me steer to the Shiny Satin Silver. Maybe because it was a sunny day and the silver looked soooo good. The dealer had the two cars (SSM and AGM) next to each other, and I absolutely drove them crazy trying to decide. Back and forth, back and forth. I really wanted the Agean Blue Pearl, but the wife HATED it, I mean hated it (oh well she couldn't really explain it to me?).
Anyway, just wondering how many AGM people are lurking in Seattle?

I drive one down here in LA and I see maybe one for every 8 or 10 other TL-S's that I see. I think it's because it's a new color for for the 2003 Type S (I think I'm right about this, but not sure).

Black isn't easy to keep clean you're right ... and with all the rain we've been getting here in VA its a wonder that my car looks as good as it does right now
... But when its clean, its SO NICE
Gray Anthracite would have been my first choice color if i had found it. I have seen one on the road that i can recall. The green ones are the ones that i do not see often around here.
I live in Maryland. My first pick was the Black on Black 03 TL. I was thinking about it the day I was about to pick up the car and since my last car(CIVIC) was black, I decided to try something different. At the last minute I called the dealer and changed the color to Anthracite. I absolutely LOVE the Anthracite for a few reasons. Its rare on the street
and looks more luxurious(to me at least). I did ironically see my first Anthracite TLS driving home from work today.
It was a young female with Virginia plates. One day coming from the Acura delaership an elderly couple had just bought a dark green TLS and that was the only one I have ever seen.

Oh and another reason I chose the color was because I thought it was a new color for 03 and I wanted people to know i got a 2003!
Anthracite was the closest color to black for me. Everyone I know LOVES the color also after seeing mine. I still want to add a WW spoiler, OEM front and side, and WW rear to make mine even more rare!

I liked Anathracite the first time I saw it. When I first picked up my Anthracite TL-S back in Nov. 2002, I was the only one on the road. Now, I see quite a few of them. Also, I tend to see more Type S Anthracite's then TL-P's, even though it was available on the TL-P for about a year longer. Must be because it is a sporty color.
Anthracite was my first choice, but it was sold the previous night, and I had to go with SSM.
Nonetheless, I LOVE silver. My brother's car is also silver, and when we clean our cars and park them next to each other, it turns heads.
