When you push OFF on your HVAC do your vents continue to blow air?

When you push OFF on your HVAC do your vents continue to blow air?

Mine do!

Unless you hit the recirculate button, air will still come through the vents. The fans arent really on, its just the air being forced through as you drive.

It seems that, that would be a VENT fucntion, however,
In my car It comes out at the temp specified when i turned it off..... eg. if i turned my a/c off at 65 degrees the air that comes through at that temp not at ambient air temp. but the 65... Am I missing zomethin

The air you're feeling is the cooled air "left over" in the ducts.
