People keep posting that the TL-S is coming in mid March and my dealer agrees with that date also, but a few members are posting that it is arriving next week. Can someone clear this up, when is the real release date?

I put $1,000 down on a TL-S in Aug,2000! The dealer was not able to order until the third week in Dec. The dealer confirmed my order about Feb 10 and was told that it will be one of the first built on March 1,2001. I should get it on March 8 or 9. I live in Ohio about one hour from the Marysville plant so I am sure this helps. Most dealers can only order 6-8 depending on the number of TLs sold last year. I took the photo of the color chart that is posted on this site when I visited the dealer Dec 26.

I have a March 12 build date. So I suspect the first run is within the next two weeks. Expect a week to two for shipping depending where dealer is. Dealers are getting a first drive experience sometime in the next week or two, depending where they are located. SO they should be on most showroom floors by the end of March

 

Ordered mine from dealer in MN December 7, 2000. Have confirmed that the TL-S with nav will be on second production run. First run is for March 7-10 but no Nav's. Mine is "apparently" scheduled for March 22 production, delivery by March 30... This is from my dealer, who said it was from his Acuar rep for this area direct from Acura.
I was hoping mid March, but will certainly wait for another couple of weeks for the Nav!
Bye the way, mine is Pearl White, which dealer said didn't effect delivery time.

i have a build date on March 15th. my salesman said he should expect my car in his showroom in late March. i only waited for a month for this car....hehehehehe
