Angry Wheel well liner cracking

Guys--Remember we's said that the screw that holds the edge of the liner inside the fender cracks it? Well I mentioned it at the dealer, they ordered another for me and last Thurday they installed it on the left front. Yesterday night while washing the car, guess what?, it is cracked in the same spot. It is like I wasted 2 hours with my finger in my ear sitting at the dealer's . I don't have a beef with the dealer, by this design must be pretty poor to crack in less than 1 week. Want to save time? Ignore this as the repair won't last, loosen the srew some and it almost diappears anyway and the liner doesn't do much anyhow...think I'll get on with my life on this and only complain to Honda if they ever ask. My Ford Taurus SHO never did this and it was a lowly Ford! lol.

actually, mine cracked awhile back too (front right), I didn't think that dealer would replace it... (did you have to pay??)... I bought some outdoor glue and am thinking about glueing it back on...

My drivers side wheel well did the same thing. I loosened up the screw slightly to release the stress, but maybe now I'll get it replaced.

I have had both of mine replaced by the dealer (no charge), the guy doing the work said he has been telling people they were over-torqued from the factory. He said he would be very careful not to tighten them too much, we'll see, no problems so far.
