Wheel Selection Help!!!
I have a White Diamond(pearl) '00 and am looking at some new wheels. Having trouble making up my mind so maybe I could get some input from everyone. Here are my choices that I've narrowed down to. Any help is much appreciated!!!! Thanks!

I would definitely go with the Genoa Silver out of those three as well. Just not a big fan of chrome wheels on our cars, with black the only exception.

Yeah, better make sure the offset is high enough. If you get 18" rims, make sure of the following:
If the wheel is 18x7.5, offset required is +45 or higher, ideal tire size is 225/40/18
If the wheel is 18x8, offset required is +50 or higher, ideal tire size is 225/40/18
If the wheel is 18x7.5, offset required is +45 or higher, ideal tire size is 225/40/18

I think that either of the 2 silver wheels will do. The other could possibly be too much chrome. I had planned on only sizing up to 17's because of the streets here in New Orleans. Don't wanna bend any rims so will go with a mild transformation. What about 245/45/17's mounted on 17x7.5 with 43mm offset. WILL IT FIT??????? Thanks again!!!!

If the wheel is 17x7, offset required is +45 or higher, ideal tire size is 225/45/17
If the wheel is 17x7.5, offset required is +45 or higher, ideal tire size is 225/45/17
So it looks like the +43 offset for the Genoas will cause rubbing problems for you (especially if your TL is lowered). I recommend a higher offset wheel. If you got your heart set on getting this wheel, then your only choice would be to trim the rear fender tab and/or roll your fender (wheel well). Another option would be to bore out an extra +2 mm in offset in your wheel (I don't recommend this approach unless the wheel is structurally strong enough to do this, and if the shop doing this work is skilled enough). If you roll your fender, take your car to a reputable bodyshop to do this. Lastly, you could request the wheel manufacturer to specially make your wheels with a higher offset (you'll probably pay more for this service, assuming you can convince them to do this for you). Good luck!
