I had a HELL of a time with my dealer starting with the fact they delivered a car to me with 1150 dollars worth of damage to the paint (acid rain etching - long to story but you can read all about it if you do a search on my name). By chance a friend of mine me the District Sales Manager who flat out told my friend I should have gotten a new car, no questions asked...the DSM seems to know that bad customer service means you will tell at least 10 of your friends how many problems you have had with your Acura...long story short he got all of my problems taken care of and told me if I was still not happy he would make it right no matter what it took (he did more for me than Acura Corporate did).

The best part is they asked if I could come back to the dealership to drive with a tech in the car... which is what I suggested LAST week to them. Instead they said to bring it in and leave it all day. WTF?

I had similar problems
with a headlight that went out and my stereo made all sorts of weird noises when playing cd's. When I took it in, they wrote on the paper work customer "CLAIMS" in parenthesies - like I was making it up - then told me they could not reproduce the problems....
luckily my roomate was in the car when the headlight went out so I knew I was not crazy and he heard the cd problems too -
This is what kills me about getting treated like this, Umm hello your corporate logo is a couple of calipers (for precise measurement and exacting standards) squeeks, rattles and the like are unacceptable on a 30k+ "near" luxury car.

...you say that, but I seem to beat most other sedans out there... even German sedans that cost 20g or more than our TL-S (M.B. S430, C320, E320, BMW 325, 525, 530 just to name a few). I mean... it's NOT a WRX STi or anything, but I think it's pretty fast, especially for around $30g.
