Anyone know of any problems at ACP? The reason I ask is because I wanted to get some info over the phone but I got the answering machine. I called on saturday (my bad, I didn't realize they're closed on the weekends), then twice yesterday. I left a message each time with my phone number, but got no response. To top that, I even sent an email yesterday morning (Note: the website says "We try to answer E-mails within a couple of hours." ) Maybe there's some emergency or something. Its just really frustating when you want to spend money but nobody seems to want to take it. Anyone know what's going on?

 

Tim and I have been having a conversation for about a week now. Granted it's not instant messaging but I wouldn't consider my requests ignored at all.

 

Use e-mail man, they get right back to you. I had issues with shipping and e-mailing them got me the quickest and best response.

 

i emailed and they got back fast... within a few hrs

 

I think i was just being too impatient. Tim and I emailed back and forth all day today.
