What's the difference?

TL Type-S (exec) 3.2
TL Type-S 3.2

I am trying to order some air and cabin filters online, what's the differences between these two.

All 99-03 TLs are the same for cabin filters. Doesnt matter if its a type-s or not. they should have the same part #
