whats the best way to wetsand???

i duplicolored a set of 3rd gens, but i want to smooth out the paint a little and maybe bring a tad more shine to them.

whats the best way to go about doing this?

1. get sand paper
2. Wet sandpaper
3. sand while keeping paper wet
4. DOne

get the finest grit tho, 2000 or more...i was touching up my rims, and had 1500, always kept taking a little too much off..

Stay away from all edges, check often that you havent worn thru clear, polish to a shine
