Passat V6 or Infinity I30. I drove all three several times and having ownded three other Acuras (91 Legend, 94 Legend Coupe, '94 Integra), the decision was pretty likely to be the TL from the start. However, I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews and the ultimate test was the driving experience and reliability factors. The TL was the best overall package. Even though the Passat had much better interior space. Thats the one thing I miss about my Legends!
