so, what seems to be the problem here?

 

I am a newbie and just wondering how a fuel pressure regulatore would help as in HP, and also a vtec controller.. I mean it starts teh vtech earlier.. so then does it ad HP or does it allow you to hit ur max HP at a lower rpm? and how does all this vary with Gas milage.. just wondering.. if you guys could help out.. and also.. is an ocasional 100 shot of nos that bad? civics and integs usually use like a 75 shot like alotttttt.. and they dont screw up.. thanks alot guys..
