I was checking out this Speedometer in a 02 Type-S and what immediately threw me off was that its in km/h. Also noticed additional icons like a windshield with water spraying up and DRL? Is this the Japanese Inspired JDM gauge cluster? Attached a picture of the gauge.
Its the Canadian A-Spec dashboard, DRLs and Headlight washers are mandatory there since ages.
