I was driving home and there was a riced out civic that had some blinking lights on his wheels. IT was blinking red but i think they come in other colors. It will blink about every 2 seconds. Do you guys know what im talkin about? you guys know where i can get them? are they illegal?

Since were on the subject of lights, have any of you guys seen people with a blinking brake light on the spoiler. You know the LED spoiler brake light..I saw some fixed up car that had that light blinking. It was kinda annoying, and probably unsafe and misleading for the person driving behind him. Has anybody done this to their car?

It was a valve stem light. Hella dumb. (just watched that episode again ). Only blinks when the wheels are spinning. Search on Ebay.

Blinking lights... I believe they passed a law so motorcycles can have flashing/pulsing lights and/or brake lights. It may actually be legal to have flashing lights on your car... but you might as well put a "**** the police, pull me over" sign on your car.

I know what you are talking about, but sorry I can't find the link to that post...

Basically it's something really similar to the Photom light (raver knows what I am talkin about here ) attached to the rim.

It's a valve stem thing that screws on to your valve. Takes these tiny batteries, seen them on riced out cars.....once you put em on, some ricer kiddo's bound to swipe them from you. You'll find em at import accesory shops usually under the "Grains and Cereals" section.

Factory stock on the Nissan Xterra and maybe others(?). Irritating, yes, but visible. Not that I am fan but they do get you noticed when you're braking.

Flashing third brake lights are standard on several cars. I know I've seen them on GM sedans. I'm pretty sure I've seen them on the new Civics too. I think it's a safety thing, but it is annoying. After sitting still for a while, the blinking stops so that you don't shoot the driver while waiting for the light to turn green at 2 am.
