what springs and sways are best

I am trying to decide what springs and sways are best for the tl type-s. It looks like everyone is chosing comptechs. I dont understand why. They are more expensive than eibachs. The eibachs drop the front end a lil more. Is there somthing that I should know here? Please share!

Additionally,

The sway bars by suspension techniques have tie rod ends with bushings. It does not appear that the comptech sways come with tie rod ends. The eibachs also look nice9they have rod ends also), I hope they produce them soon.

The main reason I went with the CompTechs is because Acura recognizes the name and will honor all repairs under the warrantee. Also, CompTech is the official tuner/ after market parts company for Acura.

Exactly what he said... I'm looking into the sways for next spring, and Comptech is the only company I'm looking into. I mean, Acura dealers sell and install this stuff, can't go wrong buying a product made specifically for our cars vs. a general aftermarket company like Eibach which makes stuff for many different cars.

As for springs, a couple of people have gone with Eibach (I've heard some complaints), but it seems that Comptech is the most popular (again for the reasons above) and H&R is second.

Is that true? I thought it was the other way around (Comptech was a little softer)......

I can't say for sure since I haven't experienced both, but I thought that's what the consensus was... I could be the one with it backwards.

But I experience any harshness with the ride....

Comptech is not the official tuner for Acura. Acura as a company does not even sponsor or endorse Comptech. However, some dealers have seen the opportunity for a few extra $ and are willing to install the parts. My dealership refuses to install any after-market parts because of potential problems. I have to find a shop that is willing to do it.
The only reason why I went w/ Comptech sways is b/c they are the fattest ones (which means stiffer, which translates into less body roll).

Well, if this helps making you even more confused I went for the Neuspeed competition sways myself.

I have the comptech sway bars...for the same reason as mentioned above.

I am planning on buying the Apex'i Coilovers this spring...the reason I'd rather get coilovers vs. H&R, Comptech or Eibach is that the stock shocks will wear out sooner and you will eventually have to replace them with those springs...

Plus the Apex is adjustable vs. a constant ride height for the Springs...I can adjust them during the winter and slam it for shows or meets and put it at regular height whenever...the shocks that it comes with are very comfortable as well and takes alot of punishment before they wear out vs. stock shocks...

I used to have the H&R springs and the Yellow Koni adjustable shocks for my Legend...
