Question What springs to get??

I put my 18' Neeper Daggs on for the summer and I have stock springs and have to much wheel well showing. What spring do I get for the perfect lowering? I don't want to look like some pimp, Just perfect look without to much gap between wheel and car.

THANKS

Most ppl here have comptech or H R sports springs. They both are very good and drop about the same height without losing too much ride quality. I have the comptechs and they are great. Some one is actually selling a brand new set in the For Sale Forum. You might want to check it out.

Thanks for the quick reply. It looks like I could use about 2.5 in the front and 1.5-1.75 in the rear. Does that sound about right? Also I usually change my rims back to stock 16's for New Engaland Winter how will the shocks effect the stock wheels.

Thanks

I went with the H&R Sport Springs, 1.75 (F) and 1.5(R), they car was a tab lower than I had expected, but looks great.

There is a 1" gap between the fender and wheel, both front and back. Or two fingers distance side-by-side, upright bladed.

My ride is still very plush, and nothing rubs. Did I mention I purchased the springs for $149, which was a substantial savings over Comptech.

Nope, not at all. It's worth noting that I have the stock Type-S rims and tires.

I understand that H&R Sport Springs drop 1.75 front/1.5 rear. How much do Comptech springs drop a TL?

Get the H & R Sports, they perfectly lower the ride, and for me made the car turn better and the ride more smoother then it was stock.

And you cant beat that they cost nearly half as much as the comptech, got mine for 140 shipped.

Lowest price you can find for a brand new set of H&R Sports springs is $169 on this site. Where did you get your for $140 and were those new or used?
