I am about to sell my aftermarket rims and i will have about $900... what mod should i go for:

I was thinking getting different rims. like black rims with chrome lip.. My car is black and i have body kit, spoiler, blkout headlights and rims is all i need to complete it... this package will cost me $1,000

or

Comptech S/C... This guy is selling his for $2,900 includes the High Boost Pulley, Tranny cooler and boost gauge. THey have 3,000 miles on it. Not sure if its available now but emailed... but if it is...

well the black rims i'm getting are the motegi FF7. I am getting a good deal on ebay.. and the tires will cost about 300 bucks for not so bad tires... so it will come out to about a grand..
