Two of my wheels are bent somewhat badly and the rest are chipping finish and have fairly bad curb rash. Should i go ahead and get new wheels/tires? or maybe attempt to get the ones i have fixed? What would you guys do?

I would check for a rim repair shop nearby...my friend used one here in NY (Long Island to be exact) and they came out great...cost him $75 a rim. A hell of a lot better than spend $500.
