why not put a blower in your tl and save the 6k if you really want to spend money.

Carbon fiber hood (you can get one from VIS) = worthless unless your going for show or gutting your car out to really save weight IMO,
Bride seat??? (dunno what they are)= I love the seats in my CL, would never think about changing them
Spoon brakes-Never knew they made them for the TL (but try kingsmotorsports.com) or you can go with some brembos or the wildwood big brake conversion.
Rims=find them anywhere on the net

I agree leave the car stock and save your money or invest in a house.

Investing $10M in customizing a car may be fun but it is a total waste of money.

You'll find out what the rest of the advice when you're old enough. For now, at your age, get an RSX Type-S and do that up. TL is a sedan, the RSX is a sports coupe. You'll get yourself killed in a TL. Trust me, I've seen it happen.

Or better yet, blow the 10G and get yourself laid until your ears bleed.

ok so you have a 2002 TL Type-S in the Sundance Gold color? and you wanan spend $10K.

Does it have any modifications done to it?

If not... here we go....

you can get a very nice set of 19 inch wheels for about $3k... stick with these specs: 19x8 +50 offset with a 225/35/19 series tire. that way you wont rub.

OEM body kit: $800

Tein SS coilovers: $850

6000K low beam and foglight HID... around $500 for name brand

right there you'll be looking good as hell.

then we can go with performance....

headers... about a 30 wheel horspower upgrade.... $400

intake... $200

exhaust.... $500

sway bars and strut bar... $400 maybe more

that right there would be a pretty kick ass ride that handles very good and looks very good and performs pretty damn good as well.

that right there totals to 6650 although it may be a little more or a little less.

that leaves you with 3350 for a kick ass audio visual system.

SO what if you have driven the STI and Evo, my grandpa drove them too, the point is where u drive them. I'm not doubting your ability but these people are just giving u some good advice about your life. Your only 16, u don't have much exprience, and that adittude will just get you into trouble (both in live and driving)

Now back to the mods:
No don't do the brides, i suggest u get a pair of the CL seats, they are really good.
Brakes i say just get upgrade to big brake kits
Well the standard i/h/e
Supercharge
And there isn't much kits avaible for the TL's so i say the oem ones are pretty kick ass already, but i guess u can get somesome to custom make one for u, since your so spoiled...i mean rich...i mean fortunate to spend your parent's money...i'm sorry, i mean spending that hard earn money that you worked your butt off for.
Oh and did anyone said window tint yet?
Well the rims and tires you can goto tirerack.com, which u probably have already.

Most of the stuff here you can find on the store in this site.

Well didn't someone was working on the turbo kit? but it cost like $7k-$8k? u can try to search here and find out, but then you won't have much left.

sorry you told your age bro, alot of these idiots are really crabby that young people have just as nice a car as them...anyway

If it was my 10k, I'd go with Springs, shocks, sways, and wheel spacers for suspension and ride...then OEM body kit with WW lip spoiler and nice 18" rims...then intake, headers, exhaust, pulleys, supercharger, and V-AFC

10k...

1. VR rebuilt tranny (to withstand the horsepower) - ~$3000 http://www.velocityresources.com/

2. Comptech SC - ~$4000 - http://www.comptechusa.com

3. Hope Systems Aftercooler for the SC + Emanage - $2000(???) - http://www.acura-cl.com/forums/showt...5&page=1&pp=25

Aftercooler isn't readily available yet, but read up on scalbert's thread to find out more info.

After that then the standard H/E (comptech supercharger comes with an intake).

You should have a pretty damn fast car with all of that stuff I'd think.

"How should I spend it" depends on your goals.

What don't you like about the car? How would you want it to be better?

Cosmetics? Power? Handling?

The answer will all come down to that.

But as others have said, it's a pretty good car as it is.

I'd change the stock tires, maybe go w 18's or 19's if you wish.

A few suspension upgrades will change the handling characteristics of the car significantly.

ie. CT sways and Tien SS.

That should run you about $4000. Put the $6000 into investments and save up to get an education so that you can earn your own money for mods instead of spending your parents :-)
