What should i buy!?!? HELP!

What should i buy!?!? HELP!

I had a 96 2.5 tl...and lets just say it died last week...and now i'm i have a choice to spend $7000 on either a 2000 tl grey with a rebuilt transmission at 90k and has 120k miles on it now and fully loaded VS. a 2000 tl blk on blk tl with 100k miles on it with a navi sys in it (fully loaded)?! what should i do?
please, holla at ya boy...i need to know?!! kinda scared about the tranny issues...i know you guys feel me!

umm, i wouldnt get either honestly. The mileage to me are kinda high but IF I had to choose, I would probably get the rebuilt tranny HOWEVER see though the history of the car. Get both cars VIN number and check history, and check their carfax! Let us know then

Thank you SO musch fellas for the help. but here is the car fax for the second car, the black with navi with 100k miles. i havent gottenthe car fax for the grey one yet. but the grey one has a rebuilt tranny. the black doesnt...which one shall i buy?

As far as being fully loaded, the only real option that car had was the navi, everything else is standard, you just pick the color and wheels.

so what do you guys think? i just dont wanna have to buy a transmission in a year...or i can go with a '00 Jeep grand cherokee....but i just want my TL TO LAST!!!
