What Replacement Fog Lamp Bulbs Should I Put In My 02 Type-S For A Better Look?

I have a 02 Type-S That is currently in the body shop getting a little paint work on the front bumper cover and hood
(de-chipping) and while they have it apart i was thinking hey i should change my fog lamp bulbs and maybe high beams to super whites or whatever looks killer?
I have the HID headlamps now.

My car color is ABP any ideas guys i have to work fast before they re-install the bumper and headlights.

Thanks

The two most common replacements are the PIAA Superwhites and the Sylvania Silver Stars. I have the SilverStars and they are a significant improvement in color and brightness over stock. Their color does a decent job matching the HID headlights once all of the bulbs warm up (15-30 seconds). I have PIAA superwhites (3800k color) in my truck and their color seems to be pretty close to the SilverStars (4000k color). In my opinion, nothing except true HID fog light assemblies (approx $300-500.00) will ever match you HID headlights but these and the Xanos bulbs (according to others in this forum) are good low cost alternatives.

Check out the links below for additional information or you could do a search on “fogs” and get a ton of info.

I also have the sylvania fogs,They are a much closer match to the HIDs.I agree with DHB. Although not perfect, nothing is, other then the real thing. Alot of people also seem to like the PIAAs, although I believe they are quite a bit more expensive

I have the silverstars and recommend u spend the extra loot to get something that will match closer. The silverstars are still way too yellow.

Piaa Super Extreme White seem to have the perfect blueish white look. Much brighter than previous extreme white color and a little more bluish. What bulb are your fogs? I use one in my G35 for the H4 (fog/high) and am quite satisfied with its color.

SilverStars can be found at your local AutoZone for about 25.00 each. PIAA's are a lot harder to find locally but you can order them from their web site.
