OEM = original equipment manufacturer, i.e. - "stock'
mod = modification
CAI = cold air induction, i.e. - draws cold air into combustion chamber so that fuel/air mix burns better for more HP. Cot to be confused w/ simple induction mod such as filter charger or short ram that serve onlt to improve airflow, but not to deliver cooler air.
I/H/E = intake + headers + exhaust, i.e. - all 3 have been modified from OEM for increased performance
cat = catalytic converter
ECM = engine control module, i.e. - the brain of the engine
headers = exhaust manifold, better than OEM system in that they are tuned and generally have runners all the same length as opposed to whatever was easiest to manufacture and install
coilovers = struts + springs as a single unit, improved handling over OEM
That's all I can remember for now, but I'm sure there's more...
