yesterday i was going to one of my homies kick back wit my girl and her friends!! but ne ways on the way there a 06 bmw 3 series was fucking pissing me off!!! this guy first almost hits me wen he didnt check her blind spot wen he was entering my lane so i honked and he swerved out!! that lil f*cker rolls down his window and starts cussing me out cause he thought i sped up on purpose so i wouldnt let him in!! so he starts speeding up trien to cut me off on purpose thats wen i said fuck it so i sped up and i pulled on him cause he didnt now how to drive! so i cut him at the same time i was traveling 87 on a 65 !! after i showed him not to fuck wit me i went back to normal driving!! i see the bmw pass me wit this cop right on his ass!!! i laugh to myself cause i thought i got away!! but the cops says something to the bmw and then he comes right behind me and pulls me over wit the bummer !!! so me and the bmw gets pulled over and both get tickets!!!
ne ways one thing i found out that if u donate to the police charity they will giv u a sticker that show that u support cops and some times the cops will giv u a break!! (i know this because i got pulled over last month for a illegal u turn and he saw the sticker and let me go wit a warning!!) the cop gave me one ticket for speeding and told me the other guy got three tickets!! 1 fo speeding 1 for unsafe lane changing and 1 forgot the other one but he said that i should be getting all 3 tickets but he is oonlygiving me speeding!!! so in a way he was easy on my ass!!!
One question does ne one know how much my ticket will come out???? i got a ticket 87 on a 65!!!! help a brotha out!!

On the back of the ticket, you might find an explanation of how to calculate the cost of your ticket. It maybe something like $4 for every mile over the limit plus court costs. If there is no explanation on your ticket then there should be a phone number you can call to find out how to calculate your fine.

damn that sucks...I've just learned over time to just keep it cool when some idiot does something like that. I got used to it down here in Miami since every other driver is a moron. Cutting the other person off or something of that nature is not going to solve anything or teach that guy a lesson but just might create a more tense situation; perhaps like an accident.
I see a lot of those Police charity tags on the road but I'd rather support the Miami Heat. Fines vary by state..so I don't know what it would be in CA. Good luck!

Don't sweat it. You do have to pay the fine, but you can do traffic school in CA.

Go to www.trafficschoolonline.com and you can take traffic school on the computer and get away with no points on the license and no insurance increase. You can only take traffic school every 18 months.

Just be careful.

Best thing to do is let him screw with you and call the cops. Just stay behind him for a while til HE gets pulled over. Don't play his game.

If you get another ticket within 18 months, you can opt to plead not guilty, go to the court explain to the judge the situation as to why you were speeding, acknoledge that and ask him for traffic school....it is his discretion if he allows it.

going again to traffic school will only remove the point but the citation stays on your record. hope that your insurance company counts points instead of citations! it's main purpose is to allow drivers to continue driving by not going over the 4 point limit. however, the 18 month period is reset so you lost all the months you had.

you only way out of this is to go to court and hope that he will not show up. then just come up with a plausible excuse like you were trying to get away from a crazy driver! should work as you only got speeding while the bimmer got several.
