what kind of test

what kind of test

should i tell the dealer to do just for make sure the engine is runing properly,becaue it doesn't feel like 260hp.

No offense, but "doesn't feel like it" is not a good test. Best way to find out is dyno it. It will cost you like 40 bucks for two pulls, more if you want an AFR read-out. But that will tell you if the car is putting down proper amount of power.

thanks,but when does the engine needs to do compression test?

the butt is not a very accurate dyno. id recomend what Pure Adrenaline stated. get it dynoed. if you are burrning oil that would be a good time to have a compression check. mine at 160 something k was daym near factory specs

You can do it yourself. AutoZone (if you have one in your area) lends it out for free.

All you have to do is take out the spark plug and screw in the tester. Then crank the engine and it will tell you the compression.

EDIT -- forgot to say disable the fuel pump before doing that.

i did it my self and you really should have 2 people.(easier)
unless you are just curious its really not needed.
