What is "headlight clearing"?

I keep seeing this mentioned, but I'm not sure what it is.

its at the corner of your headlights. the amber colored reflector that produces the turn signal to be of an amber/ orange color.

i have no clue how process is done.

And its pratically free,when you do it yourself............I spent 50$ for Nissan Buytl Rubber and some nice clamps
