What does this fuse box control? Fuse box to the left of the main underhood box

2003 Acura TL S - I have no idea what this fuse box does to the left of the main box. I Know I'm missing a relay in the main, dropped it now I have to find it in the abyss meh.

It's called the Multi-Relay box.
