A friend of mine wants to sell me his 1992 Honda Civic Hatchback. It has close to 100k miles on it, and a few minor mods. I dont know if I should buy it or if i should use that money to mod my e46.... he wants 1,200 for it... I dont know if i should get it or use the money for my car.... the reason i am even thinking about getting it is because i am putting my car away for the winter soon.... and i need something to get me to school and back everyday, and where ever else i need to go.... do you think i should get it or should i just use the FREE CHEESE BUS for school everyday?

lol .... what if you could get a ride everyday back and forth from a friend.......then what would you do

 

you are gonna need MORE than just the money to buy the car...reg, insurance, maintenance, etc. are you willing to put up that much? the money for the car should be enough to make your bimmer "nicer."

 

I decided im not going to get it. I would rather use the money for other things.......

Do any of you guys have a car like that civic.... or, a hoopty? What are your winter, work, and shopping hoopties?

 

Winter: TL with OEM tires/rims and raised

Spring/Summer/Fall: Hooked up lowered TL with chrome rims

I also use my mom's or dad's car too for the winter.
