definitely different. my only concern would be the strength of their brackets after a while, and if that affects proper closure of the trunk. but if they get bent, i guess you could always replace with your originals.

hehe...

I'll check it out.. if the price stays low it's worth at least checking the kit out. If I don't like it I'll just put it back on eBay...... I'll have to see where the drilling is required to see if I'll attempt it. As long as I can go back to stock with no problems I'm not worried....

We'll see....

i've actually seen these on ebay several times now. im sure theres a company that sells them at a fixed price, so i wouldnt let the bidding get too high.

let us know how it works out,and definitely post pics if you do get it!

Sup guys,

Yeah this trunk mod is kinda koo. I recently went to Import Revolution and saw this trunk mod on a civic. Just used a few screws and hindges for this mod to work. Me and my boy mostly likely could make this sort of kit, just need to head down to Home Depot to see how much the parts would cost. I think it would be less than the cost on eBay with shipping. Hope this info was helpful, if not don't mind my babbling.....

Payce~!

This mod is nothing but a few screws and hinges that you could do yourself for probbaly $10 at Home Depot. Ive seen it before.

Sup guys,

Yup, even Mr Hyde said that it will only cost round $10 to do this mod. If you wanna do this then go to Home Depot to get the parts. I guess I wasn't wrong when I posted a few days ago. hehee.
