I was removing the interior of an airplane last week, and I came across these. They were going to get trashed so I thought maybe someone on here might want them. They are for flight attendant seats, so they gotta be pretty safe right?

you work in aviation?

im studying as an aviation technician right now. hopefully in 2 years ill be rebuilding radial 12 cylinder engines and not v6 engines anymore. haha

 

Yeah I was a mechanic in the Marines for 5 years working on helicopters. Now I work on commercial airliners. I'm not a powerplants guy, just structures. I hope to get a little more playing time with engines, but that all comes in time.

Do you think anybody here would want these?

 

oh im not selling them, i would just give them to whoever would want them.

But then again you never know, maybe the next new "cool" mod will be to make driver and passenger seats that eject through the sunroof to deploy a parachute. Kinda like those seats in fighter planes. Then they would be useful.

Now if I can only figure out where I would put the machine guns and the heat seeking missles.

But those are definitely unique. Maybe someone will want them for a non TL related project.

 

or a terrorist....

 

That's more like what I was thinking that somebody would want them for something other than a TL.
