What To Do?

Alright... recently I filed a complaint with BBB about the 2 transmission replacements on my 03 tl-s! they coudln't do anything for me. so they closed my case! and as for the lemon law... it only covers 18 months or 18,000 miles which ever comes first. And now my car is having symptons of the 3rd tranny failure. it can happen anytime, but i won't be covered under the lemon law! what should i do fella's? im confused, pissed, and about ready to kill!

What do you mean they can't do anything. That is what they tell everyone. Call the BBB and open the case. Tell them that its BS that they cant do anything and your lawyer think otherwise. They will sing a different tune.

They just do that to scare people and hope they back down.

Just remember that the BB gets it's money from companies and individuals that produce the services or products.

how many km or miles on your car, there is an extended warranty on the TL to 100,000miles. but if your trannie is replaced then there is a new warranty on the trannie (probably a year - typical with rebuilt trannies), and if you are on your 2nd going on 3rd and your car is a 2003. The math would believe me to think there is at least a one year warranty after the trannie is replace if the miles are out of the warranty limit.
