Explain to me how painting your headlight housing, debadging, slamming, exhaust and headers on a Honda is not ricey, yet painting calipers red is. I painted the stock calipers on my 5.0 red whats that considered? I am going to paint my calipers red and trust me I can respect well put together CARS no matter what they are, in my own opinion 75% of the cars on here look "ricey" without the calipers even painted. Ya to each their own, but just cuz you dont like it doesnt mean its "ricey".

exactly... it is people's perception that makes something RICE... I don't like spoilers on cars, but people do it, it doesn't make the car rice... we all do stuff that is making our cars look 'rice.' The average person would look at some of our cars, lowered, kitted, painted, etc. and say it is rice because we did it to a luxury car... do what you want, but calling something rice and others things not rice is dumb... dropping the car, rebadging it to INSPIRE or JDM, painting the calipers or window treatments, blacking out the headlights or clearing them, putting racing type rims on, getting a kit, these can all be considered rice... my two cents...

I painted my calipers fucking RED, dropped my car, and am looking for a ground kit... and I don't consider my car rice at all... maybe some the cars with big ass exhaust tips are rice, but I am going to get them as well...

I'm not going to waste my time painting calipers...

I did color match the engine cover SSM...wish I would have taken more time with it.

But Kevin...I would agree with 90% of everybody and say go black on them.

I think when people see painted red stock calipers...they think people are trying to hard.
