i have had my tl for over a year and i found my first thing that i dont know what it is.. it looks sort of like a small vent on the dash just to the right of the steering wheel. under the gauge cluster and to the left of the wood trim... i thought it was something having to do with the navi, cause my car dosent have any.. but when i took my dash apart there is a clear thick tube running to it. what the hell is this?

If you read the owner's manual, that's the temp sensor for the AC

 

Yeah it is the tempature gauge
